Columns: show, hide & reorder
Use ▲▼ to reorder any column. Core columns (Date, Hospital, Patient ID, Surgeon, Total billed, Received, Status) always stay visible, but can still be moved. Untick anything else you don't need.
🧮 Tax set-aside estimate
A rough estimate only — not tax advice. Based on: (Total received − all logged expenses) for whatever filter/month is currently active, × your rate.

Choose a 4–8 digit PIN. This locks the app screen when it's opened on this phone. It is a screen lock, not encryption — anyone with deep access to the phone's storage could still technically read the files, so keep normal phone-level security (passcode/Face ID) on too.
Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint unlock uses your device's own built-in security — nothing is sent anywhere, and it's stored only in this browser on this device, the same as the PIN.
